Kristine is also a Leadership and Communication Consultant for executives, small businesses, and corporate teams. Along with her business partner and sister, Karen Harmon, Kristine provides Enneagram-based workshops and coaching to create teams that are communicating well and working efficiently, effectively, and productively to deliver at the highest levels individually and collectively, increasing client satisfaction and revenue.
